This chart shows the hourly wage that a household must earn (working 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year) in order to afford the Fair Market Rent for a two-bedroom unit at 30% of income.  In this bar graph we compare the housing wage change since 2000 to illustrate the increase in rents and the growth in wages necessary to afford two bedroom housing.
